Prior to COVID there was a lot of pairing in the office, now only pairing when required. Need someone who can talk thru the work they produce and be able to take feedback and work within a productive environment which is all done in a positive way.Technical:React front end, kotlin – not needed, Java is key and someone who can learn Kotlin, PostgreSQL Cloud DB, GCP experience, and need someone who understand Web API's.Top three skills:React, Java, then GCPStill supporting some legacy cobalt and java mainframe applications.Can pick up these skills as they goEducation:College Degree nice to have, not ultimately neededTasks:New development/enhancements will be primarily 70% of the job, and 30% continuous maintenance. Ultimately, they rotate the support of products on a bi-weekly basis across the team.
