What you'll do

• Review and redline MSAs and NDAs

• Identify important legal and commercial issues in DPAs and other commercial agreements

• Determine company positions and appropriate fallback outcomes

• Write clear explanations for proposed redlines and revisions

Who this is for

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction

• At least four years of transactional practice focused on contract drafting, review and negotiation, with strong written legal analysis

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $90–$110 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
