EAS is partnering with an established confidential client to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney that is barred in the State of Washington to work 40 – 50 hours per week performing a variety of sophisticated litigation work including legal research and writing, data analysis in a dynamic, growing litigation environment. This is a 100% fully remote contract role with an expected duration of 3+ months, with the opportunity for extension or potential conversion to a permanent position. We are actively seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney barred in the State of Washington (100% remote work) with the following qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited institution. Active bar license in good standing in the State of Washington. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. 4+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government or an in-house legal department. 2+ years of experience with eDiscovery, and database tools. Strong experience with legal research and writing, including litigation-related document drafting. Experience with all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality control. Experience with eDiscovery review platforms: Everlaw and Disco preferred but not required. Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals. Ability to work 40 – 50 hours per week. Residence in Washington state strongly preferred. Immediate availability preferred.
