Overview Edencrest at Kettlestone is recruiting for Resident Assistants. In this role you will ensure residents receive assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that coincides with the community’s mission statement and core values. Open Shifts Available Part-time Overnights, 10pm-6am PRN Responsibilities Monitor resident vital signs or have the ability to monitor and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse. Understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required. Promote communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, changes in medical conditions, and other health-related issues.
