Electrical Project Manager

Nashville, TN (Office in Hendersonville, TN) | Full-Time Role (Benefits, PTO + Company Vehicle)

Candidates with experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, Estimator, Project Coordinator, or Assistant Project Manager are encouraged to apply.

We are partnered with a locally owned electrical contractor serving Hendersonville and the greater Nashville area. They are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to help manage projects from planning through completion while serving as a technical resource for our field team and customers.

The ideal candidate can manage schedules, materials, customers, and subcontractors, and can troubleshoot electrical issues, understand what is happening in the field, and help the team find practical solutions when problems arise.

What You'll Do

• Manage electrical projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field electricians
• Review plans, scope of work, schedules, and material requirements
• Track project progress, costs, materials, and deadlines
• Coordinate field crews and help keep projects moving efficiently
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues that arise during projects
• Provide technical guidance to electricians and help resolve field problems
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and completion
• Communicate project updates, changes, and potential issues to customers and management
• Assist with estimating, change orders, material takeoffs, and project documentation
• Help ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to applicable codes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in electrical construction, electrical service, or electrical project management
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and identify practical solutions
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable working with electricians, customers, contractors, and vendors
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with residential and/or commercial electrical work preferred
