3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Sanitation Lead to supervise and support our sanitation team on third shift. This position ensures all cleaning procedures meet company, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has prior leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise sanitation team members
Ensure facility meets cleanliness and safety standards
Train staff on proper cleaning procedures
Maintain sanitation records and supply inventory
Qualifications
2+ years sanitation or custodial experience
Leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
