Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. Experience with Bipolar‑CMOS‑DMOS (BCD), Multi‑Chip‑Module (MCM), and CMOS Planar Technology. As a Semiconductor Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work in collaboration with Suppliers, Hardware Designers, Commodity Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Data Center teams. You will set and manage semiconductor component quality and reliability standards, drive supplier factory certification audits, and lead component and manufacturing site qualifications. You will actively manage NPI and sustaining quality, continuous improvements, and ensure lessons learned are actioned back to suppliers and partner teams. You will drive root cause failure analysis and systemic corrective actions with comprehensive preventative actions. In addition, you will extract and analyze data from supplier facilities, Google production lines, and Google data centers to verify performance and drive improvements. Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead cross‑functional initiatives during NPI phases to ensure the technical and operational readiness of the semiconductor supply chain for mass production. Partner with Design, Manufacturing, and Commodity teams as the subject‑matter expert on qualifying and scaling semiconductor technologies. Influence product roadmaps and architectural decisions by providing data‑driven insights on hardware quality, reliability, and performance trade‑offs. Drive the resolution of critical fleet and factory issues, leading suppliers through robust Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Failure Analysis (FA), and 8D processes. Own the end‑to‑end supplier quality and reliability for semiconductor components, from NPI through end‑of‑life. US: $144,000 – $209,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
