Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel (Float) Family Nurse Practitioner to provide flexible, high‑quality care across our North Jersey and Midtown Manhattan locations. This 24‑hour per week position may also include coverage at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey. You will collaborate with multiple teams, handle a varied schedule, and work on a smaller patient panel with appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes. You offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to your patients. You’ll have great resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD, free of charge to you and your patients. You work autonomously with a company that puts patients first and values ingenuity, courage, community and fun. As a Float Nurse Practitioner you must remain flexible, available to cover shifts for absent teammates or position vacancies, sometimes at a moment’s notice. The role requires travel to various locations when needed, working in the same state or across multiple states, and collaborating with different teams in diverse settings. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location and candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
