What You'll Do

• Serve as the sole provider in urgent care settings, treating adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up)
• Perform minor procedures including lac repairs and ear irrigation
• Manage up to 60 patients per day, averaging around 45 patients at this site
• Document all visits accurately using Epic EMR (training provided)
• Provide high-quality care with excellent soft skills, collaborating with support staff
• Follow protocols for urgent care, offering comprehensive assessment and treatment
• Participate in mandatory EMR training and onboarding before first solo shift

What You Need

• Required:
• Active NC license and NC DEA
• Board certification: NCCPA (PA) or Family NP cert
• BLS certification
• Minimum 12 months' urgent care experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to work independently as the sole provider
• Willing to participate in scheduled training sessions on set Wednesdays
• Preferred:
• Experience handling high-volume patient flow
• Strong soft skills and positive attitude
