Role Description The Buyer role at KarKey USA is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing automotive parts, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support customer demand. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating pricing and terms with vendors, placing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. The Buyer collaborates with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align purchasing decisions with operational needs and customer requirements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities to expand or optimize the parts catalog, and supporting continuous improvement in the supply chain. Qualifications Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally within the automotive or parts industry. Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and relationship building with suppliers. Ability to analyze inventory, sales, and cost data to make informed buying decisions. Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Excel or similar tools. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders, records, and part specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple purchasing activities. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory business practices. Familiarity with OEM parts, automotive components, or dealership operations is highly beneficial. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
