Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, secure imaging/provisioning, global distribution, and end‑of‑life decommissioning. Administer the fleet of corporate laptops (macOS and Windows) using mobile device management (MDM) platform. Administer core business SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta. Leverage AI tooling and scripting to automate repetitive IT operational tasks and enhance Level 1 support triage and resolution. Serve as the escalation point for the Level 1 support team. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Develop and maintain runbooks for troubleshooting support requests and provide training to Level 1 support technicians. Assist in gathering evidence and generating reports for internal and external audits. Skills and Experience At least 2 years of experience in an IT analyst or systems administrator type role. Experience administering major identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra) and SaaS productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Hands‑on experience managing and securing corporate endpoints using modern MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Kandji. Deep troubleshooting knowledge of modern operating systems (macOS, Windows 11) within a managed corporate environment. Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code concepts and tools like Terraform is desirable. Understanding of modern corporate networking principles, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Zero‑Trust concepts. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate IT administration tasks, generate reports, or integrate systems via APIs. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience. • This position offers a base salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 annually.
