Oxford Consulting Services is hiring part-time PTs to provide in-home and group home services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). These aren't short-term cases. DDD clients stay with their providers long-term — often for years. You build a caseload once and you get to see the work you do make a lasting difference. You'll get to know your clients, their families, and their histories — not just their files. You control your hours. Work as little as or as much as you want to (up to 24 hours per week). What You'll Do: Provide Physical Therapy services to adults (21+) with developmental disabilities in homes, group homes, and residential settings across New Jersey. Evaluate communication and language function, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. Requirements: Active NJ PT license 1+ year of home-based or clinical experience with adults 21+ Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working independently in community settings Hourly Rate: $67-$73/hour Paid sick leave 401(k) participation (eligibility-based) If you've worked with adults with developmental disabilities and found it meaningful, we'd like to talk to you!
