Job Requirements Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques Passion for working with young learners and helping them reach their full potential Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians 12 ECE units Related AA/ BS AMS or AMI Montessori certification or 2+ years experience working in a montessori classroom. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate classroom activities for a group of students Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards Provide instruction in math, literacy education, and other subjects as needed Create a positive and engaging learning environment for children Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience Implement early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Village Montessori Preschool
