$52,000–$60,000 + Full Benefits, 401(k) Match & PTO

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Order Entry Specialist to join our team and help keep customer orders moving from the moment they come in through production and shipment.

You’ll work behind the scenes with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to make sure orders are accurate, information is up to date, and customers know what’s happening with their products.

Think of yourself as the link between the customer and the operation.

Our products combine function, performance, and aesthetics, helping businesses create spaces that are well-lit, comfortable, and visually appealing.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and process customer orders accurately into our internal systems
• Generate and provide accurate quotes to customers.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, quantities, and other important details
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, timelines, changes, and general questions
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to keep orders moving
• Follow up on missing information, order changes, and issues that could cause delays
• Provide customers with accurate updates on order status and expected timelines
• Keep documentation, records, and reports organized and up to date
• Help troubleshoot order issues by finding the right information and connecting the right people

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and naturally good at figuring things out.

Requirements:

• 1 year in a similar customer service/order entry role within an office environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Have strong attention to detail and care about getting things right
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable picking up the phone and talking with customers when needed
• Can prioritize when several things need your attention at once
• Enjoy working with different departments and being the person who connects the dots
