Senior Territory Manager, Neurovascular - San Jose, CA

Senior Territory Manager role at Medtronic's Neurovascular division in San Jose, responsible for driving sales of endovascular stroke and neurovascular products across an assigned territory. The position requires field-based engagement with hospital accounts, physicians, and health systems to meet annual sales targets while building long-term clinical relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medtronic neurovascular products and services to achieve assigned annual territory sales objectives
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, and health systems
• Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and communicate product feedback to internal teams
• Complete quarterly business reviews, regional reporting, and competitive analysis
• Participate in product training and regional/national meetings; support sales training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance with acceptable driving record
• Medical device sales experience in interventional stroke procedures (preferred)
• Clinical experience in interventional suite, hospital, or emergency medical settings (preferred)
• Ability to drive approximately 50% within territory and travel overnight as needed
