Executive Operations Lead

We are partnering with a high-growth, tech-forward financial services firm to hire an Executive Operations Lead supporting multiple members of the C-suite in New York. This is not a traditional EA role. You'll be a genuine strategic partner to senior leadership, owning the operational engine behind the executive team, anticipating needs before they arise, and proactively making things run better across a fast-moving, intellectually rigorous organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-volume calendars for multiple senior leaders, with a strong emphasis on external-facing meetings Own end-to-end domestic and international travel coordination, including expense reconciliation Drive meetings - gathering prep, distributing materials, tracking follow-ups and next steps Partner across teams and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events seamlessly Proactively identify gaps in administrative workflows and lead their improvement Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and run them independently What they’re looking for Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced technology or financial services environment Meticulous attention to detail - you catch things early and execute flawlessly Comfort with Google Workspace and Slack; enthusiasm for using AI tools to work smarter Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Discretion with sensitive and confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
