Remote Call Center Specialist - Temporary
Ascensus
Ascensus is seeking a client-focused Call Center Representative for our service center teams. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries about FSA, 529, Qualified Plan Retirement, and State Sponsored Retirement accounts, delivering high-quality service and accurate processing.
Training is 4 weeks (10:00 am–6:30 pm EST). After training, shifts run in EST with several time options. This 100% remote role emphasizes client satisfaction and HIPAA compliance.
