Senior Litigation Associate

Our client, a well‑established, full‑service law firm with a strong presence in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Seattle office. About the Role The Senior Associate will handle a varied caseload based on experience and interest, with opportunities across several practice areas, including: Real Estate Litigation Commercial Dispute Estate Planning and Probate Construction Law Candidates with experience in two or more of these areas are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload independently from intake to resolution. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Collaborate with partners on complex matters while taking ownership of day‑to‑day case strategy. Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Washington State Bar (required). 7+ years of relevant legal experience in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas.
