What You Will Do

Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development.
Stay updated on employment law trends and legislative changes to inform client advisories.

Ideal Candidate Background

2-10 years of experience in employment litigation or related legal fields.
Strong understanding of labor and employment law principles and practices.
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.

Preferred

Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
Familiarity with employment law compliance and risk management strategies.
Previous work in a large law firm or corporate legal department.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $205K to $330K, commensurate with experience. This company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
