About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to join its dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, strategic partnerships, and the delivery of exceptional pitches. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire new business lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure, and will be expected to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of client-centric presentations. A key aspect of the role is the development and mentoring of team members, as well as the contribution to the company's culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Candidates for the Vice President of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in new business, growth, or business development within a digital media agency or performance marketing environment. A proven track record of winning competitive pitches and closing high-value deals is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, experience in managing client relationships, and a hands-on approach to AI in the workplace. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, a relentless drive to win, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with HubSpot and a test-and-learn approach to growth strategy are also important.
