About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in owning and advancing the brand voice and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand, demand generation, and member engagement, all in line with the organization's growth and retention goals. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in data-driven marketing, brand, PR, media, and communications, and a strong background in social media and AI-enabled marketing. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with leading a high-performing team, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that marketing efforts are in sync with the member journey, from awareness to renewal. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have 10-15 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on strategic and data-driven marketing. Experience in health care, professional membership organizations, associations, or premium B2B communities serving a C-suite or executive audience is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with executive presence, capable of representing the brand to senior leaders, and a proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at using AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efforts and will be a champion of AI-enabled marketing practices. Responsibilities also include overseeing the marketing budget, managing agency and vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
