About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of its enterprise marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner in shaping the brand, audience strategy, and digital engagement, with a focus on driving participation in the organization's programs, services, and events. This role requires the ability to turn organizational objectives into integrated marketing campaigns, audience journeys, and measurable engagement strategies. The VP will also be responsible for stewarding the brand, leading marketing technology and performance measurement, and managing a team, including agency and vendor partners. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a strong passion for the mission and values of the organization. A Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of related work experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in nonprofit, financial services, economic development, public policy, or mission-driven communications. The role demands a strategic thinker who is proactive, independent, and adaptable, with a proven track record in managing communications teams and complex initiatives. Experience in the Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) industry and hands-on experience with core marketing and communication platforms are essential. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of building strong partnerships and translating enterprise narratives into audience-centered campaigns.
