About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic realignment of its marketing efforts, particularly in the context of the defense and national security sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Defense Heavyweight Pivot, driving business development alignment, and optimizing external agency partnerships. This role demands a seasoned executive with a proven track record in scaling marketing operations, particularly within the defense ecosystem. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with establishing governance tailored to the Washington, DC, environment, and ensuring that all marketing strategies are in line with the company's values and the ethical standards of the defense industry. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on the defense and national security sector. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the defense ecosystem, strategic campaign mastery, and sophisticated agency management skills.
