It powers critical money movement workflows triggered by changes across the business: promotions, timecards, benefits updates, expense reimbursements, and more. Unlike traditional payroll providers that stitch together disconnected point solutions, Rippling’s platform is deeply integrated, automated, and traceable end-to-end.This platform is foundational to Rippling’s business and a key reason customers choose us.
