You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, define product strategy, and drive execution of scalable product solutions that create value for customers and drive business growth.You are highly innovative, able to craft and communicate a compelling vision, define products, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.In this role you will get to:Lead product development initiatives applying user and competitive research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycleLead a team of PMs and help your team define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage product backlogs for multiple cross-functional product teamsDefine outcomes and success metrics for your products and monitor performance to ensure teams are delivering against these outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial, and Product teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive product strategies and roadmapsResearch, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical challengesLead prioritization of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across multiple workstreamsStay informed on product trends, emerging technologies, customer expectations, and competitor offerings to help shape product strategy and drive innovationFoster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity in your PM team and throughout the organizationWho you are:7+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, preferably defining and delivering digital products at scale2+ years of experience managing other PMsStrong analytical abilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose problems, and recommend actionable solutionsExtensive experience with experimentation and analytics toolsA self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with minimal directionComfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently while balancing strategic priorities and execution detailsExceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationEqually comfortable with high-level strategic planning and tactical day-to-day executionDesire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with evolving prioritiesExperience in travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or other consumer technology environments is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredDemonstrated commitment to the values of Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and TrustThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
