ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and has quickly grown into a strong team of eight. I bring over 30 years of experience with State Farm, including roles as an agent, sales leader, and in operations, which has helped shape a well-rounded and growth-focused approach to leading the team.

I’m a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Business Management and a proud parent of two high school sons. I stay actively involved in their sports and value the importance of teamwork both at home and in the office. I also come from a strong State Farm family background.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Walter Jones - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
