Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic services to clients addressing a variety of mental health issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather detailed client histories and identifying individual needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices while continuously monitoring and adjusting them based on client progress.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), promoting skills development, and encouraging resilience in clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards to protect client privacy.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations, peer review meetings, and continuing education activities that keep you informed of the latest developments in mental health care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower their journey toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals with varying degrees of psychological distress, behavioral issues, and life challenges. Your client population may include adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or relational difficulties. Your compassionate and culturally sensitive approach will be key to establishing trust and rapport with clients from different backgrounds, enabling you to facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid academic foundation in clinical practice.
