Senior Program Manager

PathAI seeks a Senior Program Manager to support product development initiatives within the Program Management Office. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering key results while maintaining budgets, timelines, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex product development programs
- Create project plans, facilitate team meetings, and report status to internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues by coordinating relevant parties, driving decisions, and documenting outcomes comprehensively
- Independently manage multiple medium-to-large projects with accountability for budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Identify and recommend process improvements focused on organizational efficiency and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, business, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in project management fundamentals: risk tracking, budgeting, scheduling, software tools
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives from planning through delivery
- Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships and foster team dynamics
- 3+ years of industry project management experience (preferred)
- Background in life sciences, software, medical device, or product development (preferred)
Compensation: $116,250 - $178,250 base
