Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 sales presentations with prospective and current Owners in a face-to-face environment.

• Build genuine rapport and uncover buying motivations by finding common ground and connecting with each guest.

• Leverage proven closing techniques to confidently guide qualified prospects through the sales process.

• Present premium vacation ownership products while following company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Own your results: Use your sales experience, communication skills, and closing ability to maximize your earning potential.

• Work with warm, qualified leads — not cold prospects. Every client is provided and prequalified by our award-winning on-site marketing team.

• No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. Your time is spent doing what experienced sales professionals do best: selling.

• Stay sharp with ongoing product training, sales development, and industry knowledge to keep your competitive edge.

• Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings designed to help you sell smarter and earn more.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
• College Degree is preferred
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
• General knowledge of the travel industry
