We are looking for a bilingual sales professional who performs at a high level, connects well with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you'll help customers navigate the car-buying process from the first greeting to the final handshake. You’ll work with a diverse customer base and use your product knowledge, listening skills, and enthusiasm to match each person with the vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging customers online, over the phone, and in person to build relationships
  
• Conducting needs assessments and recommending the best Toyota or used vehicle options
  
• Demonstrating key features and offering test drives
  
• Negotiating effectively and closing deals with confidence
  
• Following up using CRM systems (experience with CDK, Dealer Daily, or Drive Centric is a plus)
  
• Staying current with Toyota certifications, product updates, and industry trends

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
  
• A motivated, goal-driven mindset with strong closing skills
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and mobile devices
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no major violations)
  

Compensation

"This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential, including the opportunity to earn over $150,000 + annually based on performance."

Full-time position, including weekends. 10-hour shifts with high customer traffic and lead volume.
