Schedule: Weekend coverage includes 5 hours one Saturday per month with flexible compensatory time off during the week

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Minimum five (5) years of case management experience in a hospital setting
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado
• Current BLS certification
• Case Management certification preferred or willingness to obtain within two (2) years of employment
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of utilization review processes
• Understanding of discharge planning, continuum of care, and regulatory compliance requirements
