Account Executive

The Account Executive will build relationships with new and existing clients, helping uncover IT initiatives and business challenges we can support through our Talent Solutions, Technology Solutions, and Advisory Services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building trusted relationships, creating new opportunities, and thinking creatively to grow business.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with technical and executive-level leadership at our clients to help organizations strengthen their teams and achieve their technology goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to support candidates throughout their career journey by providing guidance and coaching them along the way. Success in this role comes from combining relationship-building, business development, and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for helping people and organizations succeed. You’ll be supported by a highly collaborative recruiting and delivery team focused on delivering exceptional results.

Duties of the Account Executive include:

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve new areas of growth with new and existing clients.
  • Drive increased revenue to achieve ambitious growth through networking, generating new leads, and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Adopt a professional, consultative, and knowledgeable approach to each business interaction to cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Assume a leadership role within our internal team and help guide colleagues to find the right candidates who best fit with our customers’ teams.
  • Think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Participate in conferences, panel discussions or other forums to demonstrate industry expertise and promote the Talent Groups brand.

Requirements of the role

  • 5+ years’ experience in working with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies and deliver quality client solutions.
  • Inner drive to pursue new challenges, cultivate new business and achieve account growth.
  • Innate ability to connect with people and enjoy building relationships.
  • Ability to listen well to assess client needs, understand problems and summarize requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client demands are met.
  • Passion for business, technology, helping people, and creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Must be a self-starter, have personal integrity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience working with Technology / IT teams.
  • Experience with Analytics, ERP, software development, cloud-based applications, or Healthcare IT is a plus.
