The Maintenance Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of property maintenance across Village Realtys vacation rental portfolio. Maintenance Administrator is responsible for coordinating maintenance work orders, communicating with vendors and in-house maintenance technicians, updating homeowners, company staff and ensuring timely and effective resolution of property issues. This is a non-remote position, with office based in Nags Head, NC. Full-time position offering medical, dental, vision, Paid PTO, 401k match and more. $250.00 Sign on bonus
