Analytical HRIS Workday Analyst

Join a dynamic team as an HRIS Workday Analyst, responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role supports data management and reporting needs across a healthcare system serving the Central Plains region of the United States.

Essential Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create standard and ad hoc queries and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Update, validate, and correct employee records and related HR data following established procedures.
• Prepare end-user documentation and training materials as needed.
• Provide user support including troubleshooting and solution development.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional communication with team members, contractors, physicians, and external agencies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS roles.
• At least 1 year of Workday HCM experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro HCM Core Certification or other Workday Pro certifications.

Physical Requirements

This is primarily sedentary work with occasional exertion of up to 10 lbs and frequent exertion of up to 5 lbs. Less than 10% of the day may involve standing or walking.
