Customer Service & Office Coordinator

Warehouse Office | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Location: Shelby, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $16.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Some overtime may be required

About the Role

Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is seeking a Customer Service & Office Coordinator for a growing warehouse and manufacturing operation in Shelby, NC.

What you’ll Do

As the Customer Service & Office Coordinator , you’ll serve as a key point of contact between customers, production, shipping, and warehouse operations while supporting the office's daily administrative functions.

Responsibilities Include:

Process customer orders via phone, email, and other communication channels while providing exceptional customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide order and product information, process payments, and coordinate shipments with customers, production, and warehouse teams.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, production, and quality records using Microsoft Excel and the company database.
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, document preparation, and maintaining office records.
Support daily office and warehouse operations by organizing shipments, updating paperwork, maintaining common areas, and assisting with administrative projects.
Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service, administrative support, or office experience, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience with shipping, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred
Strong data entry and computer skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
