About the Role

As a Machine Operator , you’ll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting injection and compression machines. Your work will directly contribute to the production of critical components used across global industries. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and consistent production

• Operate injection and compression machines for electrical safety products

• Perform visual inspections and hand-trim parts to meet quality standards

• Use measurement tools to verify product specifications

• Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine maintenance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and efficiency

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Key Qualifications

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery

• Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly

• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
