Express Employment has partnered with a longstanding precision machining facility in the Mark/Lacon area, is seeking reliable 3rd Shift CNC Operators to support their production team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technical, handson work and want to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC machine operation including loading parts, running programs, and monitoring equipment
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy
Read and follow production instructions and basic blueprints
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Document production data and report issues to supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements:

CNC experience preferred (machine operation or machining background)
Ability to read measurements and use precision tools
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
Dependable attendance—critical for 3rd shift operations
