Position Summary:

As a Dish Person, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers by ensuring clean and organized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots, and pans using manual and automated cleaning methods.
• Operate dishwashing equipment with care and follow proper maintenance procedures.
• Keep the dish area clean, dry, and organized at all times.
• Assist in food prep duties, such as peeling vegetables or cutting fruits, as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Fast Pace
• Lift at least 15lbs above your head
• Ensure the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment, is kept clean and free from debris.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide support to other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer requests and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Effective communication skills to interact with kitchen staff and customers.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and occasional holidays.
