Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Develop and maintain menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Maintain equipment and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all tools and appliances are in good working order.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
