HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization. Opportunities are available across multiple locations.

This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule, manageable patient volume, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to focus on delivering high-quality care.
Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Average patient volume: 17 patients per day
• Adult, senior-focused, or mixed patient population
• Emphasis on preventive care and chronic disease management
• Physician-led environment with strong clinical autonomy
• Team-based support from medical assistants, care coordinators, and administrative staff
• Reduced administrative burden
• EMR: Athena
• No inpatient responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $220,000-$240,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active or eligible to obtain an CO license
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
