Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit, Lone Tree, CO. The position provides care for patients requiring progressive-level monitoring and treatment in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, management of cardiac drips and catheters, chest tube management, wound care, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and lipid therapy.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification; current acute care hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience of at least 1 year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac experience, intensive care unit experience, and prior experience with Meditech.
• Additional Information: Typical patient ratios are 4–5 patients per nurse. Clinical responsibilities include cardiac drips, cardiac catheters, chest tube management, wound care, and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) and lipid therapy. The position supports a team-oriented environment and may include self-scheduling as operational needs allow. The assignment is scheduled from 11/30/2026 through 03/01/2027.
