Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Arlington, TX

Salary: $65,000-$70,000yr

What You'll Do:

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive engagement and conversions
• Manage campaign performance including setup, UTM tracking, analytics (HubSpot & GA4), and ongoing optimization through A/B testing and KPIs
• Collaborate and refine content by working with creative partners to produce on-brand assets and ensure accuracy, consistency, and budget alignment

Social Media, Video & Email

• Create and manage organic and paid social, video, and email campaigns to drive engagement and brand growth
• Develop high-impact content including videos, graphics, and targeted email workflows to support lead generation and nurturing
• Measure and optimize performance using HubSpot and analytics tools to improve engagement, conversions, and data quality

Website & Content Development

• Develop and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and a consistent user experience
• Create technical content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership in collaboration with internal experts
• Repurpose and optimize content into digital assets (guides, infographics, email features) to maximize reach and support lead generation

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
