Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO Travel: Minimal travel required Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of large group self-funded accounts (1,000-5,000 lives). Provide expert consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Collaborate with financial managers, marketing underwriters, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Oversee the quoting and renewal process for new and existing business. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure/Designations: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing large group self-funded accounts. Proven track record of working with groups ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 lives. Strong consultant-style approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Other Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
