Experienced Sales Manager

Woody Folsom Nissan is seeking an  Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Baxley, GA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers a competitive compensation package of $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for personal and professional growth within a reputable and growing automotive company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the automotive sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive sales manager or in a senior automotive sales role with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, services, and market trends.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• 5 years Automotive Sales Management experience.
