As a push-in resource teacher, you'll work side by side with general education teachers, co-teaching in at least two core academic areas. Your caseload will involve guiding, mentoring, and supporting between 15 and 20 students, ensuring every child receives tailored instruction and resources.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Previous experience in classrooms, particularly in special education settings
• Familiarity with co-teaching strategies and differentiated instruction
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both students and staff
• Ability to adapt support to a range of learning differences

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver push-in and co-taught instruction for students in at least two content subjects
• Support general education teachers in planning and delivering lessons adapted to all learners
• Manage a caseload of 15-20 students, including developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring data
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
