As a Reservation Services Associate youll help gather client details organize booking information provide updates and keep reservation-related tasks accurate and on track.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What Youll Do

• Assist with reservation requests and confirmations
• Gather dates preferences and client details
• Provide updates and follow up on pending items
• Help organize accommodations transportation and activity information
• Maintain accurate reservation records
• Assist with changes or adjustments
• Research options when needed

What Were Looking For

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear professional communication
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently
• Ability to manage multiple requests
• Familiarity with email and online systems
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling administration or client support can be helpful but it is not required.
