As an Account Group Supervisor at Pacific Communications, you’ll provide strategic leadership across multiple brands, channels, or major client initiatives. You’ll guide integrated communications strategies, oversee launches and complex programs, build senior-level client partnerships, manage account-level financial performance, and align teams across the agency. You’ll also help develop senior account professionals and strengthen the agency’s broader relationship with clients.

This role is ideal for an experienced account leader who thrives on seeing the big picture while bringing people and ideas together. Responsibilities:

Lead integrated account and brand strategy

• Develop a deep understanding of assigned brands, disease states, products, audiences, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Translate client objectives and market opportunities into integrated communications strategies, brand plans, critical issues, key strategic initiatives, creative platforms, and tactical recommendations across channels and brands.

Serve as the senior strategic client partner

• Act as the primary agency contact for strategic questions, account priorities, and business guidance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive-level contacts when applicable.
• Provide proactive partnership, anticipate client needs, and ensure agency recommendations and deliverables are aligned with client objectives and strategies.

Oversee major programs, launches, and communications initiatives

• Lead new product and indication launches (when appliable), annual marketing plans, competitive initiatives, and major client programs.
• Guide the development of meeting plans, agendas, content, workshops, mainstage presentations, field advisory boards, and other strategic communications activities.

Direct cross-functional agency collaboration and execution

• Provide strategic direction to Account Services, Creative, Production, Media, Public Relations, , vendors, and other agency partners.
• Lead strategic input and review meetings, align resources across workstreams, and ensure projects are executed on strategy, on time, within budget, and meet quality and review requirements.

Oversee account budgets and financial performance

• Review and oversee annual budgets, estimates, expenditures, forecasts, and financial reporting across assigned brands
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and agency leadership, establish appropriate budget guidelines, identify risks, and recommend adjustments based on business, market, or competitive conditions.

Lead and develop the account team

• Set expectations, delegate responsibilities, and promote accountability across the account team. Manage Senior Account Executives, Account Executives, Account Supervisors, and other team members, helping them strengthen their strategic contribution, brand leadership, client-management skills, and readiness for increased responsibility.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, healthcare communications, or a related field, with 8 or more years of relevant agency, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or client-side experience. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strategic and brand leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop integrated communications strategies, brand plans, creative platforms, tactical recommendations, and launch plans across multiple brands or channels.
• Client relationship management: Proven success building trusted relationships with senior/executive-level clients, providing strategic counsel, managing expectations, and strengthening partnerships.
• Integrated program leadership: Ability to oversee complex, multi-workstream programs involving multiple agency disciplines, deliverables, timelines, budgets, review requirements, and external partners.
• Technology and systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with project-management, document-management, or workflow systems is a plus.
• Professional attributes: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate effectively, and manage senior professionals. Highly organized, adaptable, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information.

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

• This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs. ​
