What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans across a variety of specialties including neuro, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, abdomen, pelvis, and more.
• Operate advanced MRI equipment such as GE Voyager and Medrad injector systems, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate imaging results that aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards, including contrast preparation and IV insertion.
• Complete scheduled scans during day shifts (06:30 – 15:00, Monday through Friday), with rotating weekend call shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience in acute care, outpatient, or ER/trauma settings.
• ARRT MR certification and BLS certification are mandatory.
• Proficiency in adult and pediatric imaging, including abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, spine, and musculoskeletal MRI procedures.
• Experience with special imaging techniques such as diffusion, gradient echo, post-processing, and surface coils.
• Strong knowledge of contrast administration, peripheral IV starts, and infection control practices.
• Ability to operate hospital systems including EPIC, PACS, Pyxis, and Visage.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric MRI procedures.
• Additional certifications or training in advanced imaging techniques.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of recent MRI experience, with forklift to travel or first-time travelers accepted.

Other Requirements:

• The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek on day shifts, with rotating weekend and evening call responsibilities (August 8-9, 2026).
• Candidates must be fully available for orientation and flexible to accommodate schedule shifts, as start dates are tentative based on training schedules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and uphold hospital policies and safety standards.
