Job Summary Senior SAP Order to Cash (O2C) & Customer Service Specialist

USC and GC

$80 hour w2 rate

Salary range $120k - $130k plus ACIP (Bonus) 12.5%

THIS WILL BE CONTRACT TO HIRE- INITIAL 3 TO 6 MONTHS CAN BE REMOTE BUT WILL NEED TO RELOCATE TO "2455 Robison Road West Erie, Pennsylvania 16509" at some point during the contract period or before conversion.

- Lead, design, configure, and support SAP ECC Order to Cash (O2C) processes and Customer Service functions for Engineered Materials Group, NVH Division.
- Manage full OTC lifecycle: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, intercompany sales, and integration with finance/logistics/supply chain.
- Gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and define future-state SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD & CS modules, including sales orders, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, output management, and related master data.
- Integrate SAP SD with FI/CO, MM, PP, Stockroom, GTS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Design and support end-to-end OTC processes (quote-to-order, fulfillment, billing, revenue recognition, AR integration).
- Lead or participate in SAP ECC rollouts, enhancements, and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP, integration design, middleware, EDI, APIs, and data migration.
- Develop test scripts, support all testing phases, deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions; ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Work with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for incident management.
- Requires 15+ years of SAP functional experience, deep O2C/SD/Customer Service expertise, and experience with multiple SAP implementations.
- Strong cross-functional knowledge of logistics and accounting process dependencies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
- Willingness to relocate to Erie, PA, and travel up to 10-15% as needed. Initial 3-6 months remote possible.
