Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time contract position starts immediately and extends for the full academic year. You’ll be a key resource within the educational community, helping children maximize their participation and independence in the classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Proven experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and procedures
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for K-5 students
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Document and track goals, accommodations, and therapy outcomes
• Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and student success planning
• Encourage students’ skill development in fine motor, sensory, and adaptive areas
• Maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory guidelines
